British Stlye Driven Flighted Mallard

This is the team of Guns that Shot our final British Style Driven Flighted Mallard day of the season, the Guns are from right to left:

 

Mr. Joe Trad, Mrs Kate Trad, Mr. Gus Kalpake, Mr. Tom Heeger, center is owner (The Laird!) and retrieving on the day Mr Dan Ihrke, Mr. Craig Lemenger, Mr. Adam Lemenger and myself Keith Coyle, Shoot Captain,on far left.

 

The guns shot a bag of 150 ducks with some outstanding high shots. The day was rounded off as always with a superb home cooked gourmet diner that started with: a Watercress and Flaked Smoked Salmon Soup, followed by Seville Orange Marinated Pheasant Breast on a bed of wild rice and poached Broccoli, and finished with a dessert of Roasted Fresh Peaches with an Amerretti Biscuit crumb and fresh whipped cream.

 

Now if that has wet your appetite then now is the time to think about booking your shoot for next season, as based on this season, we anticipate demand for days will be very high.
