I have been setting targets at Club and National Competition level since 1990 and designing Shooting Grounds around the world since 1995.

I also recruit and train staff in shooting ground operations, this is my brilliant Team from The Al Forsan Shooting Club Abu Dhabi. The Chap on my left is my great friend Mr. Santosh Joseph, who was my senior Assistant at the Jebel Ali shooting Club Dubai, which I opened in 1995/6 and I recruited him to Al Forsan in 2009 and he remains there as Assistant General Shooting Club Manager.
